The concept behind this rather unusual residential project by Bernalte-León and Associates was strongly influenced by the creative lifestyle of the client who wanted to live in an open space without division between his private and professional lives.
Dominated by the use of copper and concrete, the house's highly sculptural architecture features a variety of very different room sizes and heights internally - the largest area being the lower level where the kitchen, dining and living rooms are situated.
It's the exterior though, which is the scene-stealer; and the view from the roof which overlooks the entire neighborhood.
Bernalte-León and Associates have a number of other great architectural projects on their website.
We recommend you have a gander.
