THE CUBE BY ELECTROLUX

We like this idea a lot. What's not to love about a project that combines ground breaking design, top notch nosh and stunning locations?

We're talking about 'The Cube' by Electrolux - a travelling pop up restaurant concept which is currently making its way across Belgium, Italy, Russia, Switzerland and Sweden.

Electrolux have created two spectacular transparent box eating rooms, with an entire structure surface area of 150 square metres comprising of glass encased in a white, laser-cut aluminium layer.

Inside, everything apart from the floor is pure white; white Corian interior gleaming glossily in combination with warm varnished wood, while the terrace outside provides an exclusive view across the city it's in.

Currently perched on top of the triumphal arch in Brussels, 45 metres up, diners get to see Jubelpark, the centre of Brussels, and the Atomium whilst eating cuisine prepared by Michelin star-awarded chefs.

The Cube will be hitting Stockholm next after its Belgian spell finishes on the 3rd of July, and after that, Moscow.

We'd expect competition for tables is fierce, but if you do manage to get one, you can record the experience using one of the Cube's specially installed iPads; and post those envy inducing photos straight to Facebook.
