Born in England, raised in Canada and now settled in New York, photographer Jody Rogac recently caught our eye with her fantastic portraiture series.

With an unintrusive and unassuming approach, she deftly explores the subtleties in human nature, representing people as they are.

Rogac has been shooting professionally since obtaining her BFA in photography from the Emily Carr University of Art and Design in 2006 and her portfolio spans the full range of subjects (she also does editorial, fashion, and still life) with each image displaying a passion for capturing the person or object within exactingly.
