To whet appetites for the Milan Salone, kitchen kings Boffi and Gaggenau will be pairing up to present a 'LiFE-light food experience' on the 21st of April. Set to be a gastronomic extravaganza, the event will be an insight into molecular cooking from Daniel Facen and the Michelin-starred Anteprima restaurant staff live in the kitchen. If you're not feeling hungry, Boffi will also be showing two installations from Miguel Chevalier entitled "Fractal Flowers" and Pixels Liquides" as well as their latest concepts for kitchens and bathrooms from the following day. Gaggenau also have plenty to show off in Milan, having recently scooped no less than ten iF design awards in the kitchen and household categories.
