This year for the Salone del Mobile, Droog will introduce ‘House of Furniture Parts’ by Studio Makkink and Bey; a development of the studio’s Stairhouse in Droog’s newly opened New York store.

“It is a system that starts from the designer but grows into the culture where it is locally produced, and therefore, it makes me very curious how it will look in five years,” says Jurgen Bey of the project.

Droog will also present new work by FormaFantasma, Chris Kabel, Studio Nacho Carbonell, Luc d’Hanis and Sofie Lachaert, NL Architects , Nadia Pedreschi and NEXT Architects. Also, for those of you with shopping in mind, don’t miss the 48-hour pop-up store in Via Alserio 22.
