We think we love Ana Kras' product photographs just as much as we love her new lights and storage system...
The young Belgrade-born designer currently has two works on show at the Salone Satellite in Milan; BonBon Lamps and a portable clothing rack called Ksilofon.
Her BonBon Lamps are made of colourful strings knitted manually over a steel wire shape - simple idea executed with plenty of character and vintage charm.
The Ksilofon project was begun in response to friends who asked Kras to design a simple wooden clothing stand - cheap and easily made. Crafted from oak sticks and plywood panels, the components are attached with basic wing-screws and pins.
With grainy product shots, a retro styling eye and cool girl credentials (a series of illustrations for Vice Magazine already in the bag) we predict you'll be hearing more of Kras in the near future.
