'Tafelstukken', objects by designers Daphna Isaacs and Laurens Manders scooped an award at DMY Berlin this month - and we think quite rightly so.

The series of porcelain and oak lamps are a contemporary translation of the classical centrepiece; announcing their presence by shining upon themselves and their contents.

The lighting objects, which were also exhibited at this year's Milan Salone were singled out for a DMY Award for; according to jury member Hella Jongerius, their high quality finish, tactility and functionality.
