Ferrier 30 is the latest place to be. Although it has been open for two years, it is still very popular. The secret of its success lies in its genuine and excellent Italian food, mixed with traditional haute cuisine. It is actually the latest baby produced by a family of four Sardinian brothers, who moved to Belgium over 20 years ago. Each one of them has opened a restaurant – the four of them have very different characters but with one common aim – to use only the best quality produce, in style. The carne all’albese is highly recommended – a beautiful starter of raw beef with truffles, and their scampi fritti with a tartar sauce are to die for... as well as the ravioli di langustini, the panna cotta...
