As far as locations go, it could hardly get more stunning than the 42nd and 43rd floors of the Arts Hotel in Barcelona, looking out onto the blue Mediterranean. But there’s more than spectacular views to enjoy at The Six Senses Spa, where treatments include the exclusive Hotel Arts 'The Art of Stone Therapy', as well as the signature Six Senses Sensory Journey, administered by two skilled therapists over close to three hours. OK, naff names, but this is as close to being in heaven as a lot of us will ever get.
