Her often hazy, off-kilter images portray a high end glamour that has proved very popular with major alternative fashion bibles such as Dazed & Confused, Self-Service Magazine, Purple, and Jalouse amongst others, and for the last three years she's been working with Issey Miyake realizing their advertising campaigns for men and women. She's also worked in collaboration with the designers Bless, Martin Margiela, Charles Anastase and Marjan Pejoski.

Fashion photography isn't the only string to Bartoletti's bow however - Cécile studied cinema and photography at the University Paris VIII, and since 1991 she's been producing experimental films with the band Molokino founded with David T.V, Agathe Gris, and Hélèna Villotch exploring expanded cinema.
