Paul Smith's Spring 2010 collection, was a suit-based affair as you might have expected, but a varied palette kept things interesting. There were slouchy suits in a variety of grey shades, which got progressively lighter as the looks kept coming; a bit of sheen and colour in quite a few ensembles that might only be for the brave (or the rock 'n' roll community perhaps who seem to favour Smith's more flamboyant side...orange poncho anyone?) but we liked the muted print shirts that had vintagey early sixties echoes, and accessories-wise, we're sold on the espadrilles that were the footwear of choice for a number of looks.
