Le Bon Marché are set to release another selection of Balenciaga Edition, a range of clothes chosen from couturier Cristobal Balenciaga’s original designs. The pieces will go on sale at the department store from September the 11th until October the 5th - although expect the racks to be bare on September 12th.

The Balenciaga Edition launched a number of years ago with six interpretations of archival designs, as a pre-fall collection, but the novelty clearly hasn't worn off (why would it?) and this year, nineteen pieces dating between 1932 and 1967 will be revived and reinterpreted using modern techniques. Le Bon Marché will also showcase Balenciaga-designed jewelry from the same era as part of the collection.
