Miuccia Prada served up a men's winter 2010 collection in Milan yesterday evening that gently trod the line between modern and retro; and one which will be a likely hit with cautious consumers looking for pieces to wear repeatedly, rather than a fashion flash in the pan.
It was a markedly young collection, where echoes of the 70s, bold colour, (largely in the form of geek-chic too-small sweaters) playful print, and some very nicely cut coats were the standout pieces against a backdrop of neat trousers and blazers.
In terms of saleability, this is possibly the most wearable collection she's done for the boys in a good while.
