The name Pucci still generally tends to conjure up thoughts of bright pop art prints and expensive swirly 60s psychedelica, yet for the coming winter, we saw some dark, glamorous stuff from the Italian firm.
Designer Peter Dundas, now three seasons in at the house, is apparently steering the brand towards a more exotic luxury; there was a fair bit of dip-dyed muted Pucci swirly print, but also a damn good dose of feathers, lace, fur, black and liquid gold.
Deep purples, raven blacks, blood red and emerald green blended together for a gothic bohemian evening look (forget day wear for the winter - Pucci went totally nocturnal for A/W 2010) and we predict celeb stylists will eat it up.
Think Hendrix groupie crossed with an Italian Morticia Adams and you've got it nailed.
