Gabrielle Greiss has just launched her debut collection at Paris Fashion Week; and we'd say it's a very promising start.
Not that Greiss is a newcomer to the fashion game in any sense, having previously occupied the post of creative director at Sonia Rykiel and prior to that, working at Lanvin and Anna Molinari.
We definitely spied the femininity of Rykiel and Lanvin in Greiss' collection of dresses - all of which carried a vintage tea dress sort of theme. Her choice of colours were soft and fresh too, with a peaches and cream kind of palette overall.
Some pieces looked a little over-worked to us, with a bit much bulky draping, but on the whole, this was a charming, vintage-luxe series of very wearable dresses to see in the warmer months.
