Originally designed in 1958 by Romanian architect Haralamb Georgescu, the Pasinetti House in Beverly Hills, California, named after its first occupant Italian writer Pier Maria Pasinettii has undergone a contemporary renovation by restoration architect Aaron Torrence of Design Plus Construction. Flooded with light and clean lines, the interior has been thoughtfully updated without taking anything away from the design of this hillside house, comprising of a series of 20-foot cubes, including an open-framed deck in the back overlooking the cityscape. Sunny and spacious, this is Californian living at its best.
