Slovenian architecture firm Ofis have just completed their designs for three different types of concept stores for jewellers Zlatarne Celje.

To be realised in 100 different locations, Ofis have created high street flagship stores, shopping centre store points and gold investment centre points.

The over-arching concept for the project was inspired by the iconic forms of bank safety deposit boxes, a motif which Ofis have incorporated throughout all three of the different shop types.

In both the shopping centre and high street stores the idea has been adapted to create a warm domestic feeling inside using woods and soft lighting, but it's the cool, almost 60s Bond-like investment centre design which we really love; where the the feeling and appearance is much more reminiscent of a steel bank vault containing the safety deposit box.
