Take a look at these simple, yet beautifully designed objects from Japanese architect-turned-designer Oji Masanori.
Dedicated himself to creating pieces "while considering a design which may connect various things gently and comfortably everyday" the result is some quietly essential works, ranging from the handsomely angular 'Norito' table to small but perfectly formed boxes and platters to put on it.
In an admirable show of attention to detail, Masanori designs not only a product itself but also its package and graphics while considering overall process of how a product is born.
We're loving his unusual and elegant crescent bottle opener: What's your favourite piece?
