New York based design studio Token have just launched these rather handsome new bar stools.

Working out of Brooklyn, the firm strive for 'high quality craftsmanship, clever sophistication and an imaginative reverence for tradition'.

We think they've achieved all three objectives with these sleek, rather masculine pieces in steel, wood and leather. Showcasing a refined nod to clean mid-century lines, the stools are far from 'token' seating - these are perches for sipping on a suitably grown-up cocktail.
