'Valdemar' might have the lines of a mid-century classic - but it's actually a new design by Danish designers Martin Kechayas and Christian Nørgaard of Artificial Form for Normann-Copenhagen.

The felt-upholstered chair with it's smoothly rounded back cocoons the sitter, providing privacy, comfort and good looks from all angles - even the legs of the chair have been covered with felt.

The piece was first launched at the Salone in Milan this April, but should be available to buy soon from Normann Copenhagen.
