From their base in Rhode Island, Studio Dunn uses classic materials to create some beautiful modern designs, and they've recently introduced a new stool to their current 'Rhode Island' collection of furniture

The 'Kingstown Barstool' is derived from Dunn’s popular roundy little 'Coventry' stool and is available in two heights, 30 inches and 24 inches, in a choice of walnut, cherry, or maple.

Whilst we're here, we'd also like to to fill you in a little on the studio since we're impressed by their existing range of high grade tables and chairs; made by combining in-house manufacturing with a local network of manufacturers and artisans.

Led by designer and founder Asher Dunn, his experimental process balances conceptual and functional concerns; as well as those of sustainability.

All of the studio’s designs are manufactured locally in the Northeast region of the USA and they only use wood from sustainable sources.
