This is 'Patatras' - a new design for book storage by Michaël Bihain. 

You'll be able to check it out in person, along with other new projects from the studio, during the "Open Doors" event which is taking place all over Brussels as part of Design September in the city.

The rolling shelf is made of expanded polypropylene and available in a range of bright colours.

We say this is a fun alternative to the traditional book carousel but take it for a spin yourself at the Bihain Studio on rue des Palais 153, on the 25th and 26th of this month.
