Maybe this won't be your bag if you're into curves, but you've got to admit, these are super slick.

Designed by Tommaso Pedone, 'LeSpade' is a series of sideboards and wardrobes inspired by ancient swords; redesigned from a rigorous graphical point of view.

The project is a tribute to one sword actually - the daddy of them all - Excalibur.

The reductive lines of each piece in the series (there's three - a sideboard and two wardrobes) have been carefully developed to work together: Put the the shapes in order and you get the outline of a sword.

Each piece is finished in laminated mirror sheets and lacquered in various colours inside, with either a polished or matte finish.

Nice concept, and the finished result is pretty er, sharp.
