Michael Young and EOps have recently collaborated on two new lines of accessories for Apple products, including the EOps Noisezero i+ Eco edition in-ear headphones with Remote and Mic for iPod, iPhone, iPad, and the EOps 0utercover P Series multi-functional protective carrying case for the iPad.

The EOps Noisezero i+ Eco edition uses revolutionary eco-friendly cornstarch bio-plastics for the ear-buds and the microphone housing:

"In our design process, we found that by using cornstarch bio-plastics to build the ear-buds acoustics chamber, natural feeling mid tone can be achieved. The unique horn shaped ear-buds chamber optimised acoustics performance for brilliant treble and the extra large bass reflect port at the back provides super strong bass whilst celebrating these as design features."

The form factor of the ear buds was also designed to assist the ease of positioning and passive noise isolation. The user can hold the slim part of the ear buds when inserting the silicone ear tips into the ear canal, and then rotate the ear buds 90 degrees such that the silicone ear tips can achieve good acoustic seal in the ear canals for best audio results.

The microphone and remote module on the headphones cable is an Apple-approved three-button version, letting you control playback as well as volume level for the iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad, and recent iPod, and comes in charcoal, rustic brown, midnight blue and sage green.

The second new product is the EOps 0utercover P Series - a multi-functional protective carrying case platform for the iPad.

The 0utercover P Series is constructed around a polycarbonate hard rear case to provide sturdy protection rather than just a skin, like most other soft iPad cases in the market.

The polycarbonate rear case provides a platform which then is combined with various front fabric cover designs to become various models in the 0utercover P Series. The front fabric cover can be folded back to the rear polycarbonate case to become a stand for typing or video viewing.

"Since more people have used the iPad as the main travel gadget instead of notebooks, the 0utercover P Series come with travel document holder in the fabric cover. It is also popular for people to use the iPad to store photos. So, we have specifically designed the dock connector opening in the polycarbonate hard case to have enough clearance to be compatible with the Apple camera connection kit."

So that's two handy new products for Apple fans then.
