Wästberg reintroduced the 'U-Line' lamps designed by late Belgian designer Maarten van Severen at the Stockholm Furniture Fair this year - a move made possible by close collaboration with both Maarten’s family and The Maarten Van Severen Foundation.

Now called the 'Van Severen w111' it retains its iconic slender shape, but with a few mechanical and technical tweaks - such as the addition of LED technology.

Plus, Wästberg picked up their seventh 'GOOD DESIGN' award recently for the Claesson Koivisto Rune w101 lamp which was also on show in Stockholm for the first time as a finished product.
