'Miroir Plumes' by Olivier Gagnere.

MATERIALS FOR CONSIDERATION AT GALLERIE KREO

A quick newsflash for you; Gallerie Kreo's current exhibition, 'Materials for Consideration' has now been extended to run until May the 15th.

The exhibition gathers together the very latest creations by designers like Fernando and Humberto Campana, Pierre Charpin, Olivier Gagnère, Hella Jongerius and Martin Szekely.

According to the Parisian design gallery:

"These new pieces are all "off-the-tracks": they have been produced outside of any collection or exhibition, in unusual materials such as carbon fibre, porcelain, feathers, and lacquer."

Some of the highlights include Hella Jongerius' 'Snail' table in white porcelain made by the Bernardaud Manufacturer in Limoges; the 'Fata Morgana' mirror by Fernando and Humberto Campana and the 'Plumes' mirror by Olivier Gagnère – entirely handmade by one of the last plumassières working today.
