After a year of research, Dutch designer Marc van der Voorn's latest project is now ready for production.

'Disque' is a bold lamp consisting of translucent bowl-shaped discs tied together with sixty five metres of thin string; making the entire construction screwless.

Bound tightly around both halves, the cord gives Disque a wheel like appearance where the lines intersect like spokes and its gently curved form means the light is subtle in profile, but rather intricate from below.
