The 'Axis' lamp is a new design from German designer Bao-Nghi Droste.
Consisting of two axes made of square hollow sections, it's held together and fixed by a screw and a counter nut.
By loosening the clamps, you can turn, shift and fix the arm at whichever postion you need without too much effort - whether that's task lighting over a desk or pointing at a wall to generate soft atmospheric lighting.
We like this. Easily transportable, simply adjusted and a nice neat addition to probably just about anywhere.
