A small selection of Fredrik Färg's latest works were on show as part of the 'Swedish Love Stories' exhibit at Superstudio Piu during the Salone del Mobile last month, but they'll be getting their premier in full at RH-Gallery during the ICFF in New York which kicks off on May the 10th.

Entitled 'Succession; the family that I did not know I had', the limited edition series is a range of stools and cupboards wrapped in leather and textile.

"The stools and cupboards were brought to life through a series of processes." says Färg.

"The base is made of an innovative composition of materials which has been dressed in textile and leather and had ropes tied around it before being baked. The results when you cut away the rope is that of a pattern without seams, as brutal as it is sophisticated and refined."
