Amsterdam-based designer Sara Ivanyi's latest project is this table object called 'Particle' which represents the atoms and bonds that make a citric acid molecule.

The piece has been produced in a limited edition for 'Lemonade for All' at Sofia Design Week 2011.

Forming part of the FoodMarketo exhibition, 'Particle' has thirteen separate wooden parts which displays fruit as atoms in their own molecular component - since citric acid connects all fruit.
