We'd like to take this opportunity to introduce you to 'Anouk' - a new chair designed by Karim Azzabi for Italian furniture firm Arflex.

It's a really flexible idea, because by designing one chair, Azzabi has actually created four - and that's before you get into all the colour options.

The basic structure is a continuously folded tube, which can then be covered with different kinds of material; whether that's fabric, leather, plexiglass or plastic tube, depending on what character you'd like Anouk to have.

Covered with fabric, the chair might suit a living room, covered with leather, Anouk would work well in a restaurant; and in the plexiglass version (our favourite) Anouk becomes fresh and light.
