It's been all quiet for a while from M.E. favourites Muuto recently, so we were pleased to see this drop into our inbox this afternoon.

The Scandinavian design firm have just launched a new carafe and set of drinking glasses called 'Corky' in collaboration with Norwegian designer Andreas Engesvik.

“The shape of the Corky carafe is inspired by the archetypical bottle. It is a straightforward combination of glass and cork that functions equally well as a wine carafe, a water jug or even a milk bottle. Corky has simple and familiar form but with a characteristic and oversized detail. 

The cork is large, easy to operate and visible in use.” says Andreas.

The Corky Carafe is complimented by a set of drinking glasses with a subtle and light design which looks ideal for serving juices, or liquers to your guests in style too.
