This elegant table with a gently undulating form is by Rene Barthtélemy who's designed it for the furniture firm Olika.

Made from fine birch plywood, the 'Plain' table is light, minimal, and rather striking thanks to the very narrow metal legs which are fixed to either side of the 'folded channels' that run its length.

Has a touch of something slightly retro, and somehow aeronautical about it too - we like this.
