Based in Budapest, the Ivanka Studio founded by Katalin and Andras Ivanka in 2004 does concrete.
Concrete sculptures, concrete home accessories, concrete loudspeakers, large scale concrete interior elements; even concrete fashion.
And here's a new collection of modular concrete serving plates and dishes from them, created in collaboration with Boook Publishing to present food made by international chef Viktor Segal throughout the pages of his cookbook.
We love the range's chunky linear forms, where Ivanka's high performance concrete formula provides the perfect (and practical) foil for the display and serving of all kinds of hot and cold food.
Ivanka say:
"This new concept of tableware allows us to shape the table-landscape according to our actual needs and desires - a dinner for two or a party for twenty."
