Luc van Hoeckel has recently been working on a number of new projects which he's just uploaded onto his brand new website - and here's one which caught our eye.

Most of us still leave notes at home for flatmates or family on scrappy bits of paper which can get lost or go unseen, but with 'Record Me', Luc has taken the idea of an answerphone and translated it into an object on which you can leave messages for others you live with.

"It seemed interesting to me to digitize the existing analogue note." says Luc.

"You write your posts no longer, but leave voice messages. In this way the message is much more personal because you can not only hear the voice of the speaker but also the intonation with which the message was recorded. This allows you to leave messages in a fun or informative way."

Useful, easy to use and a great looking design too.
