With 2011 drawing to a close, here's a list of just a few of your, and our, favourite things of the year.
First up, judging by the amount of hits, it seems you liked Sébastien Montaz-Rosset's documentary 'I Believe I can Fly' as much as we did. Revisit the video clip of those mad Frenchmen jumping off very high things here.
Back in February, we showed you the exotic pages of Scandinavian jewellers Bjørg's 2011 lookbook. It seems you guys appreciate shiny things just as much as we do too...
In the same month, photographer Irina Werning's Back to the Future project had you all clicking to see how her subjects turned out. See the clever baby photo series again here.
Next up, Zaha Hadid's curvy, yet austere design for the Olympic Aquatics Centre in London caused a bit of a splash.
And finally, our favourite of 2011 - although it was hard to pick - these beautifully poetic sculpture projections by artist Robert Seidel are still stuck in our minds here at M.E.
Happy New Year everyone; see you in 2012!
