The last time we featured the designs of Daphna Laurens, she was winning awards at DMY Berlin with her 'Tafelstukken' objects, and we think these new pieces are equally praise-worthy.

The Eindhoven-based designer's new collection is called 'Cirkel'; a series of interior pieces all based on - as you might have guessed - the circle.

Essentially, Daphna's inspiration was basic forms and lines for this range of coffee tables, lights and mirrors.

The creative output of Bauhaus is also very clearly a key starting point - Laszlo Moholy Nagy's influence is especially evident in the shapes of her sculptural wall lights which appear to be artworks as much as they are functional lights.

Definitely one for all you fans of clean and tidy Mid-Century geometry...
