Inspired by the age-old Texan appreciation of concrete faux bois (French for 'the artistic imitation of wood'), this series of interior pieces emulates its art form by literally taking the shape of a tree stump.

Designed and produced by George Sacaris Studio, the Faux Bois series is comprised of multi-functional forest furniture made from hand-formed aluminum sheet.

Each stool or mini-table is polished to a mirror finish, making them modern, durable, and perfect for use indoors or out.

Practical, stackable, and weatherproof, each item is easily portable, giving a cartoon-like quality to Sacaris’ whimsical, woodsy designs.
