Hogan, who has been making baskets at Loch na Fooey in Galway, Ireland since the late seventies has quite rightly earned a reputation for making strong, durable baskets of the highest quality in both traditional patterns, but also in contemporary forms.

Using willows grown at Loch na Fooey, Hogan incorporates natural colours and textures into his works; but it's these unique pieces including elements of trees, bark or found organic matter which we've fallen for.
