He has been called design's golden boy, so it comes as no surprise that Spanish designer and artist Jaime Hayon's first ever monograph is gilt-edged and features a suitably playful splash of gold on the front too.
Published by Gestalten, Jaime Hayon Works, presents the full spectrum of Hayon's creative impulses and projects. Ranging from clear and harmonious to playfully extravagant, all of the included examples of interiors, furniture, tableware and decorative ceramics attest to his inimitable grasp of form, style and colour. In addition to celebrated collaborations with clients such as Camper, Swarovski and Bisazza, Jaime Hayon Works contains previously unreleased personal sketches, illustrations and productions of new projects that made their debut at the annual Milan Furniture Fair back in April 2008.
Another one for the library then.
