Here's a third portfolio from Aussie design college Billy Blue and this time it's recent graduate Whitney Colbourn who's impressed us.

M.E. likes her feminine, handcrafted style, but also how she's interpreted retro pattern in a design for Kit make-up; resulting in packaging that catches the eye without being twee. Whitney herself says this quality in her work allows her to approach each design project with flexibility:

"My design style is very hands-on and illustrative which allows me to portray individual personalities into each brief as well as create a unique and individual style".

Moving easily between the worlds of illustration and graphic design with impact, we can see a bright future for Colbourn; we'd definitely like to see her explore her knack for pattern in work to come too, as its clear she's got an eye for it.
