CenterPIECE is a series of sculptural vases by Daniel Hulsbergen which mix two traditional Dutch trades.

Hulsbergen, who is a student in Eindhoven at the Design Academy, has combined damaged fragments of Delfsblue vases with finely worked basketry.

By patching the missing areas in this way, his elegant combination simultaneously highlights the beauty of both materials by way of contrast.

A very fine set of centrepieces indeed.
