We've featured the work of designer David Derksen before, and ever since he caught our eye with his clever outdoor furniture series based on tools, M.E. has been keeping an eye on his new projects.

One of the latest this set of copper lights - a translation of an earlier copper cabinet project into more functional products which can be produced in a series.

Entirely handmade and available on request, Derksen seems to have perfected a process of bending and soldering; resulting in three delicate, but very useful lamps.
