Swedish-born designer Hanna Billqvist is a recent graduate of Beckmans College of Design, and having variously studied art, fashion and product design, it's going to be no surprise that her designs are characterised by clever combinations.

One such piece is 'Jewels' - a pair of sunglasses that collapses into a rather abstract jewellery piece - mixing delicate chains with transparent pendant slices.

Browsing through her portfolio, there's more evidence of this; window blinds that give architecture a face, and a light shaped as if you're expecting to hear it.
