APPLE DESK BY SEBASTIAN LARA DRIS

Technology is changing the way we work with incredible speed, and whilst iPads are seemingly phasing out pens and paper, many of us still continue to use a traditional desk.

Hailing from Argentina, industrial design student Sebastian Lara Dris has developed this desk which combines the two.

"This is a project that I did while I was doing an internship for AG Land, an office furniture manufacturer based in Barcelona." Sebastian explains.

"The central idea is that the desktop supports the use of Apple devices."

Made in smooth white Corian, contrasted with wooden legs, the cleft shaped top allows support and charges the iPod, iPhone, iPad, or iAnything at the same time.

Located in the centre of the table is a platform that allows you to work with your chosen Apple tool in an ergonomic position; and when you need to use the desk for something else, the platform can be hidden.
